Makura Casias — Your Western Colorado Referral Partner

When you send a client to the Western Slope, you're trusting someone to represent you as well as them. Makura Casias takes that seriously.

A Montrose native with family roots tracing back to the earliest days of the region, Makura brings seven years of experience, sharp negotiation, and genuine care to every referral she receives. She serves buyers and sellers across Montrose, Ridgway, Ouray, Delta, Cedaredge, and Grand Junction, and she treats every referred client like her own, because your reputation is riding on it too.

As the 2026 President of the Montrose Association of REALTORS® and an active voice in state and national leadership, she pairs deep local knowledge with real industry perspective. As a KW Luxury Agent, she's guided clients at every price point with the same energy and the same standard of care.

You'll hear from her. Your client will be looked after. And the relationship you've built comes back to you intact. A closing isn't a transaction, it's a transition, and she'll shepherd yours with the professionalism and follow-through you'd expect from a partner you trust.

Refer with confidence. She'll take it from here.
