"I am great at my job because I can’t get enough of The San Francisco Bay Area and Wine Country – the people, the neighborhoods and, of course, the intricacies of our housing market. I have made a lifelong study of the trends, neighborhoods, and life of this area and I write about them on my blog at Living415.com (and we will soon be launching Living510.com and Living707.com and LivingTheBay.com). I’ve even named a neighborhood. The results of this enthusiasm are incredible: I have consistently been in the top 1% of San Francisco Realtors, and in 2021 I was in the top five agents in the city out of 4700 (for closed transactions), and am fortunate to lead a six person team and share ownership in two real estate brokerages. This all helps our clients because the more we do and the more we are involved in, the more data points and relationships we can leverage to get our clients where they want to go.

2026 is my 26th year selling homes and investments. I actively work with both buyers and sellers. I help sellers outperform the market in both time and sale price by providing guidance about what buyers are really looking for, careful property preparation, pricing strategy, stunning and succinct marketing and skillful negotiation. I excel at the challenge of reading each and every unique buying opportunity accurately and, even in this challenging market, buyers who hire me are highly successful at obtaining the property of their choice. My successful buyer business keeps me on the edge of the market for my sellers because I know what buyers are thinking in a very immediate sense.

I have a diverse professional background that includes project and product management in biotechnology, enterprise software and law. I am also a seasoned home remodeler and landlord. I have the experience to anticipate needs and expectations and to solve problems should they arise.

I currently live in the Outer Sunset, with my husband Stefan and our three sons, where we have a blue house near the beach, as well as part time in Sonoma County where I own a 6 acre vineyard. We have lived in the past in the Mission, Duboce Triangle and Noe Valley and, for just a couple of years, Park Slope, Brooklyn. I get the vast majority of my business from personal referrals.
