Hello, I’m a Denver-area real estate broker, longtime local resident, and the founder of Innov8 Properties.

Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 350 individuals and families navigate one of life’s most meaningful transitions: buying or selling a home. My work is rooted in a simple belief: real estate is never just about property. It is about timing, identity, money, family, grief, growth, possibility, and the next version of someone’s life.

Before real estate, I worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist. That experience continues to shape the way I represent my clients today. Whether someone is selling after the death of a spouse or parent, downsizing after decades in a home, navigating divorce, blending families, relocating, or preparing for a new chapter, I bring both strategic clarity and emotionally intelligent guidance to the process.

Today, with my team at Innov8 Properties, I provide a concierge-level real estate experience defined by strategic pricing, design-forward marketing, disciplined negotiation, and highly personalized client care. I specialize in preparing, repositioning, and marketing homes with intention, including architecturally significant properties, luxury homes, and listings that previously failed to sell.

My approach is both analytical and artistic. Presentation, pricing, and storytelling are key. And so does the ability to guide people through complexity with calm, confidence, and candor. Personally, I’m drawn to the outdoors, design, art, architecture, and the ongoing pursuit of a healthy, well-built life. I live in Greenwood Village with my partner, Lance, and our two cats, and I currently serve on my neighborhood HOA board.
